In case you, like her, want to make sure you don't miss a single post, you can request post updates by email. Scroll down the left side column until you see "Follow by Email." Type in your email address, and submit.
I won't send junk mail. I won't sell your email address to anyone (I don't even know how to track email subscriptions!)
You can sign up through Google Friend Connect (GFC) or subscribe to RSS feeds if you want, though email is the easiest way to make sure you never miss a post.
